As soon as the package has been delivered to the delivery service (Deutsche Post), Marakesh Design is not responsible for items that get lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. If you feel your package is lost or got stolen please contact the delivery service as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued.

Please allow your package 5-7 business days to get to your home.

If you want to return or exchange your order, please email us or use our contact formula and we will help you as soon as possible.

You can exchange a piece within in 14 days after you received your package or you will get a full price return. It is up to your wish :)

Unfortunately, once we have confirmed your package, your order can no longer be canceled, as the creation process begins as soon as we have received the order.

Customized items are non-returnable.

The following applies to all our dresses in general:

Wash:
Hand washing is recommended to maintain the quality and longevity of the fabric.
Use cold water (maximum 30°C) and a mild detergent.
Avoid vigorous rubbing or wringing to avoid damaging the fibers.
If machine washing, use the gentle cycle and place the fabric in a laundry bag to protect the fibers.

Dry:
Air drying is ideal. Hang the garment on a padded hanger or lay it flat on a towel to maintain its shape.
Avoid direct sunlight to prevent colors from fading.
Do not use dryer.

Iron:
Iron the fabric on the lowest temperature setting (or select the acetate or synthetic setting on your iron).
Use an iron towel or a thin cloth between the iron and the fabric to prevent heat damage.
Iron on the back of the fabric to avoid shiny spots.

Cleaning:
Professional cleaning is also possible, especially for heavily soiled or delicate items of clothing.
Let the dry cleaner know that the fabric contains acetate so that appropriate cleaning methods are used.

Storage:
Store the garment in a cool, dry place.
Use padded hangers to maintain shape and prevent pressure points.
Avoid storing in plastic cases; prefer breathable fabric bags.
